This site began as a blog on another platform sometime around April 2009 when I was pondering my mother’s impending death. It was a therapeutic outlet for me that evolved into personal reflections, thoughts on ministry, sermons and perceptions about the congregation I was serving at the time. In 2014, when I was elected bishop, I expanded to include all other facets of the office of bishop – newsletter articles, pastoral letters, and reports. I invite you to rummage around as much as you like in hopes that you may discover something in here that’s interesting and or helpful. You are welcome to share any nugget of wisdom that you consider valuable. No permission is necessary; but if possible, let me know that you’ve used it so I can give it a glance.
